While we work hard to deliver a smooth viewing experience, and indeed most viewers experience the livestream with no issues whatsoever, unavoidable factors such as venue power, cellular network congestion, weather, or stadium infrastructure can occasionally affect the broadcast.

Pausing and buffering can also be caused by limitations in the viewer’s internet connection or device bandwidth required for HD playback. In some cases a lower-resolution stream (720p) may be available for slower connections.

Your purchase provides access to the live event broadcast and online replays.

If technical limitations prevent reliable live viewing, the full replay will be available after processing, typically within 24 hours of the close of the event. Alternative access options may be provided when necessary.
